Employee Recruitment Restrictions: 

For a period of 12 months after the completion of the project, the client agrees not to recruit any employees of "Practicalize That" without the written consent of the company.

Contract Breach: 

In the event of a contract breach, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement and seek any legal remedies available to them.

Confidential Information: 

Both parties agree to keep confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the written consent of the disclosing party.

Arbitration: 

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Exit Clause: 

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
